It is our desire to get Phase One up and running as soon as possible! We expect by the end of July 2026, we will be nearing the end of the process.

Every item has been carefully accounted for in the Phase One development of the new Oceans property and our Real Mission property. We recently received a property donation of around 10 acres behind (but attached to) our property at The Real Mission.

As mentioned earlier, we will establish a temporary space for Oceans Christian Academy in modular buildings with plans to build preschool - 8th grade on the property, while the high school will be built on the new church property.

As for the Café, Gym, Book shop and other facilities.

We aim to continue pursuing the vision God has placed in our hearts and do so with excellence.

While some elements of Phase Two may be a few years away, the permanent church and school buildings will be the foundational starting point. From there, we plan to expand on the existing facilities and introduce new features in the coming years, bringing our vision to life step by step.

We estimate the total cost of Phase One and Phase Two to be between $17 million and $20 million. Fundraising for Phase Two will begin only once the Phase One target has been fully met.
